Steven C. Spirito, CPA

President

Since founding Edgewood Resources, LLC in 2008, Steven has closed business transactions ranging from $500,000 to $20 million.

A graduate of the University of Rhode Island (B.S. Accounting, 1982), Steven began his career in public accounting before joining the internal audit department of Textron, Inc. There, he was responsible for operational and financial audits of subsidiaries throughout the United States. In 1987, Steve joined Romac, Inc. as an executive recruiter specializing in the accounting and finance sectors, and later founded the executive search and staffing firms Accounting Resources (1992) and Corporate Search Group (2001). Steven joined Clubhouse Capital in 2009 as a debt consultant specializing in unconventional and difficult capitalization of business and real estate transactions.

Steven compliments his business transactional experience with a real estate license as an agent with Spinnaker Group, Inc. He currently resides in Edgewood, Rhode Island with his wife Nancy and their daughter Anya, and vacations frequently to their Vermont home.

Andy Kushner, CCIM

Associate

Andy has 30+ years of experience in real estate sales, marketing and advertising. During his career Andy has sold about $1 Billion of real estate.  In addition to his sales experience, Andy has leased office, industrial and retail property and developed and managed a number of commercial properties. His  experience includes the development of South County Commons in RI, an 850,000 square foot lifestyle center which includes retail space, offices, a hotel, apartments , senior housing and luxury condominiums.

Additionally, Andy has provided consulting and marketing advice to many clients. Before embarking on his real estate career, Andy worked for several large advertising agencies. His clients included AT&T, American Express, Sony, Nikon, Harvard Business School and Miller Brewing Company. 

Andy earned a Bachelors Degree in Marketing from Providence College and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Clarkson University, with a concentration in IS and Marketing. Andy is a member of the Board of Directors of the Foxboro YMCA and the Board of Managers of the Hockomock YMCA.

Andy is married with four children. He is a long time sports coach and is a die hard NE Patriots fan.

Phil Orzech

Associate

Phil has 30+ years of experience in sales and management with Fortune 500 companies including Xerox and IBM.  He has led national sales teams in the area of information technology and won numerous top performer awards.  Recently, he transitioned to Spinnaker Healthcare Advisors in a management role, and as VP of Sales is responsible for bringing New-to-PPE U.S. manufacturers to market.

Phil graduated from Providence College with a BA in Math and Computer Science in 1982, and earned an MBA/IS from Marist College in 1986. Phil has been actively involved in the lacrosse community as owner of PRO Lacrosse, coach at the high school and college level, and player.  He continues to compete with the Titans Lacrosse Club. Interesting Fact:  Phil was awarded the Carnegie Hero Medal For Heroism in 2018.
